About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hotel located in the heart of the city. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes, ensuring that they meet the standards of our discerning guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of American, French, and Italian cuisine
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Experience working with pastry and desserts
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the standards set by the Executive Chef
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation of menus and dishes
- Ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
