Why this job – PT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK:
This well-established construction company is expanding its accounting team by hiring a part-time AP Clerk to support its busy Accounts Payable department. In this role, you will work directly with the AP Manager to accurately enter invoices, manage the AP inbox, and assist with vendor communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-driven, enjoys working with numbers and data, and is looking for a flexible, part-time role in a company that values accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement. What You'll Actually Do:
- Key invoices into the AP system with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage the AP inbox by organizing, printing, and saving invoices
- Handle basic vendor communication and respond to inquiries
- Support the AP Manager by taking on data entry tasks to reduce workload
- Assist with maintaining vendor records and documentation
- Help ensure timely processing of invoices to keep AP operations running smoothly
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- 1 years of accounts payable experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high-volume data entry efficiently and accurately
- ERP or Accounting software experience – CMIC experience is a plus
- Construction experience a plus
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows through with reliability and accountability
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation $25-$27/hour
- 20 hours a week with potential to increase to full-time in the future if desired
- 100% in-office, DTC/Centennial area – hours/days flexible
Salary : $25 - $27
