JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for coordinating and administrating sales opportunities for Mikros Technologies. This role will serve as a laison between external and internal clients, Mikros Technologies Business, Engineering, and Manufacturing Teams, and Jabil Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing and Operations teams. This role will be onsite, in-person at Mikros Technologies office in Claremont, NH.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for responding to new client inquiries and cultivating strong business relationships
- Responsible for coordinating and occasionally leading customer engagement meetings
- Responsible for coordinating with Mikros Technologies and Jabil teams to qualify projects
- Responsible for timely communication and quoting of projects to clients
- Responsible for tracking and entering orders into sales software systems
- Assist with Mikros Technologies and Jabil marketing efforts and co-branding opportunities with clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
