- Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to retail math principles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Uphold health and safety regulations in all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Provide support to customers by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills, including retail math, for handling transactions accurately.
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
