Job Description : Job Summary
Drive a company vehicle from store to store to maintain and so minor repairs on HVAC, Act as a Handy Man on minor store repairs, Plumbing and electrical issues.
Help maintain Facilities Warehouse
Attend and Participate in Facility Meetings
Be available to assist the Field in Emergency situations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Drives from one location to another throughout Jacks footprint
Manages truck inventory and maintain company vehicle
Repairs Facility issues in stores as directed by Facilities Manager
Files and maintains paperwork for inventory, pay card, credit card and Pm compliance
Perform inspections of equipment for operations via Yoobic App or applicable tracking platforms
Occasionally work in office as office Tech as needed
Participate in Team building activities and continued education training
Represent Jacks in a professional manner
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Maintains HVAC and plumbing needs roof top units (RTU s), restroom
