Description
TBCO, LLC, home to Big Smoke & Tobacco Connection retail stores, is now interviewing for a full-time Help Desk position in its busy Corporate IT Department. Successful candidates will have a good overall knowledge of general IT processes, most particularly Windows and Microsoft programs. Must have good problem-solving skills, the ability to work under ones own direction and a good understanding of retail processes is preferred. A basic idea of coding is a plus or at least a willingness to learn some coding basics. All equipment is provided including cell phone & laptop. Wage DOE.
This position requires after-hours on-call availability 4-days a week and quarterly or emergency travel to outer districts to perform on-site IT job functions vehicle provided on these occasions.
