Department: Parks Rec Grade: 099NM Salary: $34.26/hr Job Duties: Responsible for the successful marketing and promotion of an eight-million-dollar Park's Enterprise Operation, plus the managing, planning, and coordinating of Parks Rec special events . Develops, coordinates, and implements a comprehensive annual Marketing/Promotions and External Communications Program for the Department. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, in an industry related field preferred. Four years of work-related experience. Preferably specialized training as a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), Certified Special Events Coordinator (CSEC) or Certified Special Events Manager (SCEM) are desirable. Must possess/maintain valid Driver's License. Must submit to/pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
