Position Title: Inventory and Credit Specialist

Department: Regal Wine Company Finance

Reports to: Purchasing Manager

The Inventory and Credit Specialist role will report to the Purchasing Manager and is based out of our Santa Rosa office. The primary tasks of the I & C Specialist position are: Setting up and maintaining items in the ERP system, reviewing and managing inventory levels under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager, learning and backfilling for inventory and credit roles in the department, reviewing and researching inventory exceptions, setting up new customer accounts, and sending delinquency notices to customers that are past due.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New item set up and item maintenance in JDE.
• Act as a backup for receiving inventory.
• Review and manage burn reports for inventory monitoring.
• Work on replenishing inventory with the Purchasing Manager.
• Work with delivery warehouse, customer service and outside sales force on inventory hold issues and concerns.
• Review & research daily delivery exceptions and shorted orders due to inventory/warehouse discrepancies.
• Send out delinquency notices to customers that are past due.
• New account setup and maintenance.
• Assist with other tasks and departments as needed.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and heavy workflow.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
  
  

WAGE TRANSPARANCY:

The base pay for this role ranges from $23.19 - $28.11 - $33.03 hourly. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
