Description:
A greeter is a person who greets and welcomes customers and clients into an establishment. Since their job mostly is to greet customers, greeters must possess a friendly and positive attitude. Greeters must be well informed about the establishment so that they can assist and answer the inquiries of customers.

Duties:
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting.
- Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and seat guest with their tax pro
- provide guests with promotional material suggest they file with Jackson Hewitt.
- Work well with others and assist Tax pros as needed.
- Standing and/or walking - 80% of time.
- Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
- Minor Computer knowledge
