Functions of Role:
Assist the Retail Manager in leading the daily operations of Teton Village Sport
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Open/Close Hoback Sports
- Work weekend shifts
- Maintain efficient daily operations of Teton Village Sports retail department.
- Work with sales staff to ensure proper cash handling and charge procedures are in compliance.
- Execute daily operations of Hoback Sports including morning meetings, opening/closing procedures, daily sales goal, and key holder.
- Assist retail department during high customer volume periods.
- Assist in processing customer special orders, warranty returns and damages.
- Assist in executing store sales and promotions.
- Assist in processing store transfers.
- Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock/restocking.
- Work with retail manger to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist in all sales training and up selling techniques.
- Facilitate morning sales goals and go over any new retail information.
