What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Clinical Coordinator/ Educator position at JACKSON HOSPITAL AND CLINIC?
FT 40 hours per week with Call rotation
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator/Educator assists the Department Director and or Patient Care Manager (s) in ensuring the delivery of safe patient care through the nursing process by assisting with patient care issues, providing education and serving as clinical resource to staff during the assigned shift. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator works with the Professional Development Department to ensure all staff are compliant with required education and routinely assess the clinical competencies for appropriate staff.
