Essential Responsibilities Accurate and timely submission of prices for all securities into the accounting system. Researches and validates various pricing exceptions and provides appropriate support. Coordinates and communicates with brokers, sub-advisors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing. Answers inquiries from accounting staff on pricing and security set up issues. Creates various daily and month-end reports for various internal and external stakeholders. Gathers and gains confirmation of material for internal and external audit matters. Supports senior analysts with research, validating various market events and developments, providing appropriate support and documentation. Works to enhance current processes. Other Duties Researches and resolves ad hoc requests from management and other departments. Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities General knowledge of financial markets and complex securities. Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Advanced MS Excel skills required. Good PC skills including MS Word, Access, and other relevant department software. Must be detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good analytical skills. SunGard InvestOne knowledge a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent business related experience required. 0-2 years of work experience required. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and profit sharing contributions, and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.
