What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Phone Representative position at Jackson Siegelbaum?
This customer service position provides support with the daily activities of a medical office. The phone representative answers and directs patient calls throughout the day. This is an in-office position in our Camp Hill administrative office location.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday/ 7:30am - 4pm.
Education/ Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years work in a medical setting or call center
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prioritize work flows and processes to meet time constraints
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
