Infrastructure Network Manager – Multiple Positions. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all company connections at a highly available, enterprise level and involves a mix of hands-on project work and system support. As part of a team, the Manager oversees the management of the network infrastructure environment, ensuring the appropriate configuration, maintenance, and installation of routers, switches, appliances, hardware, software, and tools. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for the health of the routing and switching environment by maintaining the latest patches, updates, configurations, and utilizing monitoring systems to identify and address issues. Requirements: Bachelor Science degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or foreign degree educational equivalent.; 5 years of work experience as Network Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, Design Implementation Specialist, Senior Engineer (Projects and Operations), or combination. 3 years of work experience must include work with Avaya-Aura, Nice recording (Screen & Voice) solutions, Cloud SBCs (Avaya and/or AudioCodes). Cisco-ACI , Zscaler-Zia.
