What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Office Assistant position at Jacksonville Chiropractic Clinic?
We’re looking for a great Office Assistant to help keep our office organized and make sure our patients are well taken care of. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, like entering and distributing documents and answering phone calls. You will also be responsible for data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying documents. You will also assist the doctor in some patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients to the office. Check patients in and coordinate patient flow.
- Answer phone calls and make patient appointments.
- Check patients out.
- Assist the doctor with patient care as needed.
- Organize customer files and office files in electronic and paper format.
- File documents both electronically and on paper.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
