As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab Center, you will work under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat residents and patients with temporary or long-term physical disabilities in an inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation setting. You will apply your therapeutic skills in the properties of exercise, heath, ultrasound, and massage, to relieve pain, restore function and promote healing. You will document progress towards goals, and educate patients, family members and caregivers for continuing care. This is a full time position with dayshift hours. Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an APTA accredited program required.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
