Fabricator/Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various fabrication techniques and a strong understanding of woodworking and metalworking processes. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality components and assemblies, ensuring that all work meets our stringent standards for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and read blueprints to determine specifications and dimensions for fabrication tasks.
• Utilize various tools and equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to cut, shape, and assemble wood and metal components.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direction
• Fabricate and Install aluminum and wood glass frames.
• Install stained glass windows
• Ensure all fabricated items meet quality control standards before they are sent for assembly or installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience with wood and metal fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with aerial lifts and scaffolding, and ladders (must not be scared of heights)
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Must be willing to travel with hotel stays (per-dium provided).
• Schedule is 6:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday through Thursday
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues effectively.
• A valid driver's license is required

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
