Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Report to Bowling Center Manager daily to keep informed on the progress of ongoing projects
- Scheduling for the mechanics making sure all shifts are covered
- Be on call and to cover shifts--especially during league and tournament play
- Train all mechanics on the operation of the pin setters, and oiling of the lanes
- Develop preventive maintenance schedule for pinsetters, oilers, and approach equipment
- Organize and maintain proper appearance of the bowling center mechanic area
- Train control desk staff on basic lane maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Order and maintain parts inventory for the bowling center
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must have advanced mechanical skills
- Must have good working knowledge of electrical equipment
- Must know the operation of the GS 96 Brunswick pinsetter
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
