Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Trash transport and cleaning
- Use cleaning equipment such as pressure washer, etc.
- Assists with basic maintenance of the property to include painting and light carpentry work, etc.
- Assists other maintainers as necessary
- Assists with special projects
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing abilities
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work safely with power tools
- Ability to obtain a Colorado Gaming License
- Must have a valid Colorado Driver License to operate equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
