Based in our Oklahoma offices you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your transportation design expertise in roadway to serve as a task lead on transportation related projects. You'll interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You'll solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify different solutions; guide other in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures. You'll work with the best engineers and project managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. The base salary range for this position is $92,800.00 to $160,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Oklahoma
- Extensive and demonstrable highway design experience
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate all phases of a project
- ODOT project experience (other DOT is acceptable)
- Experience in roadway and traffic control plan design
- Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer
