Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in New York City. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fine jewelry, brand building, and all things marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in maintaining day to day marketing operations as well as collaborating with team members to plan and execute revenue-driven brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management and strategic updates of jadetrau.com, keeping it fresh, easy to shop, and on-brand to ultimately drive ecom sales. Monitor performance and conversion funnels to maximize engagement and revenue with efforts across UX, SEO optimization, and design.
- Execute paid media day to day operations and strategic initiatives, including testing, optimization, and reporting for Meta, Pinterest, and Google Search.
- Own email marketing efforts across campaigns and flows from strategy to content generation and reporting.
- Manage design, production, and maintenance of branded print assets including line sheets, packaging elements, and event collateral.
- Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator on social strategy and content approach.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional marketing experience in fine jewelry, ready to wear, or a related luxury consumer product category
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media, social media, website, and print projects
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Shopify, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager is required; familiarity with Klaviyo, Illustrator and/or Figma is a bonus
- Copywriting experience is preferred
- Graphic Design and Print experience is a strong plus
- Must be based in NYC
