Property Managers for Vacation Rentals
Blue Swell Vacation Rentals are looking for full-time Experienced Vacation Rental Property Managers.
Coordinating all aspects of a vacation rental property for the owners and management company.
We are looking for a smart energetic, smart team player who can multitask many duties and all aspects of being a property manager to many properties at a time.
Ability to speak with owners, manage their homes, ensure the property is being taken care of consistently. Able to have a great line of communication with owners and guests.
Must be computer literate and able to work several computer programs. Escapia, NAVIS, Word, Excell, etc.
We are located at 17633 Ashley Dr. Ste B. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Pay is determined by experience. Florida Blue, Dental Vision 401k.
Responsibilities:
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager
You will be required to perform a varied amount of duties, such as a runner from property to property, property Inspector at times, administrative duties, working on a MAC computer, Any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Must be proficient on Word, Excell,
- Must be able to understand and type on a MAC computer
- Able to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
