Jam City is seeking a motivated, skilled Principal Platform Engineer to join our Central Technologies team! We are focused on building high quality technology that can be leveraged across the entire Jam City portfolio of games. Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of C# mobile client SDKs for Unity games.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of Java-based microservices.
- Work effectively with a large variety of internal and external customers and game teams around the globe
- Build performant solutions for mobile and web that can scale to millions of users
- Take ownership and responsibility for initiatives and make them happen
- Mentor fellow software engineers on software development best practices
- Participate in planning discussions to advise and influence the product roadmaps
- Ideally 10 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a fast-paced, small-mid team environment
- Extensive software design experience with knowledge of methodologies
- Extensive experience with Unity3D app development and/or native iOS and/or Android development processes
- Extensive experience and skills in a managed language like C# or Java
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Salary : $175,000 - $190,000
