What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager (AGM) position at Jamba Juice and Careers?

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Imperial Beach, California area. Qualified candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in the QSR or fast casual industry.

Responsibilities include:

-Hiring, training, and developing a strong team

- Resolving conflicts

-Controlling cost such as food cost, labor, paper, and supplies

-Completing weekly and daily reports

-Ensure operational goals are met such inspection scores and surveys

-Works hands on with the team to achieve goals (Not a desk job)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
