Requirements and schedule
- Ability to commute to our Carthage office daily
- Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:45 AM - 5 PM, 1 hour lunch, half days every Friday
- Job position is open immediately
The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to:
- Fielding incoming phone calls and taking care of customer needs
- Servicing current customer insurance policies (Home, Auto, and Commercial)
- Using multiple software systems for servicing policies, keeping records, and quoting new business
- No cold calling ever required
Skill Requirements of this job include:
- Typing and computer efficiency/literacy
- Must love people and have a knack to help people
- Ability to be professional and personable with clientele and co-workers
- High school diploma
- Prior business or customer care experience appreciated
- Current property and casualty insurance license appreciated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
