James Lane Mechanical, A premier provider of Mechanical HVAC design, installation, and service, is looking for a driven and dynamic an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team!
This role is all about building strong relationships and delivering smart mechanical solutions to building owners, general contractors, CMARs, and property management professionals.

What you'll do:
- Develop and manage customers' relationships to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans, including visiting job sites and evaluating project pricing
- Sell commercial and Industrial HVAC/Plumbing projects ranging from $40,000 - $5,000,000
- Solicitation of projects on HVAC equipment and related services
- Manage your use and data integrity of our CRM software
- lead and oversee Special Projects Estimator, and coordinate a strategy for ideal projects
What you'll bring to the table:
- 5-7 years of related sales experience, commercial mechanical sales experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and exceed customer expectations while managing a high volume of work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with a sense of urgency performing duties
