General Information

The Director of Engagement in the Office of the President seeks a responsible, motivated student to provide administrative support during the 2025-2026 academic year.

Duties And Responsibilities

The role encompasses but is not restricted to the following tasks:

• support with document filing
• light proofreading
• website updates
• administrative support of the Presidential Engagement Fellows program
• other light administrative duties as assigned

Additional Posting Information

The incumbent will receive any necessary training required for their tasks (ie, Cascade for web updates).

Conditions Of Employment

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
