Who We Are:
James Nay Real Estate is a small team providing residential and commercial real estate services in Central Virginia. Our small team lists over 175 residential properties each year, including resale, newly constructed, and recently renovated properties.
Description:
The Field Listing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all resale, renovation, and new construction properties are up to compliance standards by providing regular site visits. The FLC provides vital information to the home office about property statuses and systems. The FLC is also responsible for preparing properties for photography appointments, conducting sign installations, lockbox installations, delivering print marketing material, and other field-related activities. This position regularly communicates with the James Nay Real Estate office team about the status of upcoming and active properties. The position is 75% field-related in the Central Virginia area, with 25% office related work in Midlothian, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property visits
- Provide video/photo updates to the field office
- Attend photography/videography appointments
- Provide light interior/exterior touch-ups before photos (ie - dusting, sweeping, wiping mirrors & windows)
- Install for sale signs
- Install neighborhood directional/lead in signs
- Switch out “for sale” signs to “under contract” or “sold”
- Install lockboxes, shoe covers, and print marketing materials
- Provide regular cleaning & maintenance of signs
- Provide other field tasks as needed
- Host open houses as needed (if licensed real estate agent)
- Provide occasional showing coverage (if licensed real estate agent)
Qualifications:
- An active real estate license is preferred but not required.
- We are seeking someone dependable, efficient, and team-focused.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Must have great time management skills and be solution-focused.
Compensation:
$40,000-$60,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
This is a 1099 position with bonuses to cover travel expenses.
