Responsibilities Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :
Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing and supervising the nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care are provided.Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of resident care, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and implement best practices to enhance resident care.Ensure all nursing practices adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.Qualifications Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio required.Nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Jamestown Place Health and Rehab is an equal-opportunity employer.
