Overview
Partners with their Case Managers to develop and administer panelists' practices. Coordinates administration, and operations management within case management team. Provides continued case management as well as performs a wide variety of administrative, coordination, and program support activities.
Responsibilities
- Communicates and meets with Case Managers and local managers to discuss case issues. -20%
- Provides basic administrative support for CMs and panelists. -20%
- Serves as Case Manager apprentice competent to cover a Case Manager’s desk in their absence. -20%
- Develops overall Case Manager skills, enhancing the client experience. -20%
- Supports client, panelists, and Case Managers before, during, and after a case is heard. -20%
Qualifications
Education (work experience can be substituted for education)
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline. -Preferred.
Experience (education can be substituted for experience)
- 2-4 years of working in an administrative or case management role. -Required
- 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. -Preferred
- For internal candidates at least 1-3 years proven ability as an Administrative Assistant, Client Services (AACS), or similar position. -Required
Skills
- Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. -Required
- Knowledge of panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). -Required
- Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. -Required
