Jani-King is the world’s largest commercial cleaning Franchising Company, and our office in Memphis, TN is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Appointment Setting Professional to join our sales team. This person will assist outside Account Executives in a defined calling territory. We have a GREAT team and our Savannah office is continuously growing.
The Appointment Setting Professional will be responsible for engaging with an established lead database, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and set appointments for their assigned Outside Account Executive.
To be successful as an Appointment Setting Professional you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Appointment Setting Professional should also be very competitive and a good listener.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, emails, and managing an existing data base of qualified leads.
· Understanding customers’ needs and requirements.
· Sending additional information via email.
· Setting appointment opportunities for Outside Account Executives.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Good organizational skills.
· Strong listening and sales skills.
· Ability to achieve targets.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
· Pay: Salary Commissions Performance Bonuses 401K
· PTO after initial waiting period
· Work hours – M-F, 9:00AM-3:00PM. Paid Fridays off earned with performance!

Pay: $14.50 - $22.89 per hour
