Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to assemble Jarraff products until they are completed to acceptance of Quality Assurance testing and routing operations by performing the following duties,

Essential Functions

• Performs bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
• Assist with assembly of Jarraff Industries’ equipment
• Parts storage and handling
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma/GED, 2-year technical degree with hydraulic system knowledge is preferred
• 2 years manufacturing experience: background in diesel mechanics is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, work measurement, quality assurance, shop routings, blueprints, and math.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday – Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Hours are flexible.
