Now Hiring! Looking for a full-time service department coordinator to assist our rapidly growing Plumbing & HVAC business.
Hours for this position are as follows: Friday 6pm-10pm, Saturday 8am-9pm, Sunday 8am-9pm and Monday 9am-5pm. ***Friday - Sunday is Remote***
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
- Answering phones for technicians, management companies and residential customers.
- Communicating with Plumbing & HVAC technicians on each job
-Communicating with Management companies providing updates etc.
- Schedule & dispatch jobs utilizing companies' software
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have:
-Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to complete projects in timely manner
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
-Valid Driver's License
-High school diploma or GED certificate
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service
- Experience with the Plumbing / HVAC industry preferred
