Job Description
The superintendent is responsible for all aspects of field management on various construction projects which includes but not limited to: managing a crew of 3 to 12 employees, communication with owner’s representatives, plan reading, executing work schedule, and ensuring overall project safety. This individual must be highly organized, self-driven, responsible, and safety minded. Projects are located throughout the state of Iowa (mostly Des Moines - Central Iowa). Overnights may be required. Travel expenses paid by company.
