Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry with strong coffee experience
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
