As a CNA, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.
You will be joining a passionate community of professionals and staff who support each other in a diverse and rewarding work culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring individuals for adverse effects of various treatments and medications while administering first aid where needed
- Document all pertinent information and progress made regarding the individual's care
- Assist with the implementation of the nursing care plan

Qualifications
What We Require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate
- Ability to maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR Certifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
