Senior Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
- Designing and installing advanced testing equipment to evaluate product performance and identify potential defects.
- Performing product testing and detailed analysis to maintain quality standards and minimize defect and failure rates.
- Analyzing quality reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborating with supplier representatives to resolve quality issues and ensuring the implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Contributing to supplier quality improvement initiatives and monitoring ongoing supplier performance.
- Driving continuous improvement efforts across processes and systems to enhance overall product quality and reliability.
- Supporting internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field is required.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, problem-solving techniques, and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, or other quality system standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, including Minitab, SAP, or similar platforms.
