We are seeking a highly motivated, quick-learning construction professional with project management and estimating experience--
Project Manager
Attend pre-construction meetings
Issue purchase orders and subcontracts
Create project schedule and budget
Submit RFIs to the owner
Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department
Complete and submit change orders as required
Work with Superintendents/Foreman to establish progress reports and ensure the project is on schedule and budget
Complete close-out documents.
Estimator
Locate potential jobs and perform initial constructability analysis.
Review and understand plans and project scope
Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify issues in preconstruction documents and plan drawings.
Complete detailed take-offs to establish precise material quantities.
Work with subcontractors to establish their scope of work and ensure competitive pricing.
Work with multiple vendors to ensure exact material requirements and establish accurate costs.
Compose schedules to establish a basis of labor and equipment requirements.
Submit bid documents to the appropriate agency.
