Job Description

As the Junior Systems Integration Specialist at Koch Companies, you'll tackle challenges, streamline system integrations, and ensure seamless technology experiences for our users. If you're tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and ready to make an impact daily, this role is for you!

Location : Naperville and Aurora, IL

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

What Does This Job Look Like Daily?

Develop and execute performance test scenarios for new products.

Provide front-line support, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and manage vendor / IT tickets.

Prepare and test hardware / software for new hires; train employees on systems.

Collaborate with IT to resolve issues, monitor hardware integrity, and maintain Citrix infrastructure.

Manage credential deactivations, assist with network troubleshooting, and support endpoint security.

Monitor hardware warranties / licenses and recommend process improvements.

Assist with network maintenance, software upgrades, and server management.

Days are split between our Naperville and Aurora location. Occasional travel to Bolingbrook locations.

What Do You Need to Do This Job?

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. (Bachelor’s preferred)

1–3 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or systems integration role.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software.

Effective communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new technologies quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of networking concepts.

Ability to work the occasional weekend and / or unusual hours for system upgrades or urgencies.
