About the Role:
We are seeking an organized, sharp, resourceful, and highly adaptable Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive support to the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of managing complex business and family logistics while seamlessly handling private matters with absolute discretion. This role requires domestic and international travel (up to 50%), so flexibility and a dynamic approach are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s private and business schedule, family commitments, and appointments.
- Handle discreet personal errands, household coordination, and lifestyle management.
- Organize private travel, family events, and VIP hospitality.
- Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks requiring high trust and efficiency.
- Manage the CEO’s professional calendar, meetings, and communications with precision.
- Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and executives, clients, and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-12 years supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals or C-suite executives in a business personal capacity.
- Polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent – able to interact with high-profile individuals.
- Global mindset – comfortable with international travel and cultural nuances, and Flexible and travel-ready – must be willing to work irregular hours and travel frequently.
- Extreme discretion – must handle sensitive business and personal matters with confidentiality.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders effectively.
