Principal Responsibilities:
The Stamford JCC is seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to provide safe and stimulating care for children in our facility. You will be responsible for a small group of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and enjoyment while parents participate in JCC programs and activities. Shifts available on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Minimum Qualifications:
Principal Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, storytelling, and playtime.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following all JCC safety protocols.
- Use the JCC's Client Relationship Management Software to communicate effectively with parents and program staff and monitor enrollment.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment that fosters learning and social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
Qualifications:
- Experience caring for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for working with children
- Patience, creativity, and resourcefulness
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Salary:
$35,000 - $45,000
