About Us:
The Carcoon America division of Clayton specializes in creating high-quality inflatable structures including inflatable paint booths and inflatable humidity controlled shelters. We pride ourselves on precision and craftsmanship, and we’re looking for a skilled Vinyl Welding Machine operators to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Miller Weldmaster vinyl hot air welders to assemble inflatable structures
- Read and interpret patterns and blueprints.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain welding machines to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating commercial hot air vinyl welders required.
- Familiarity with Weldmaster hot air welders is a plus but not required
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, including patterns and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must have transportation.

Schedule:
- This is a full time IN HOUSE position. Consultants or remote workers need not apply.
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
