Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts, overseeing the underwriting process for commercial lending.
- Review, structure, and approve credit proposals, ensuring adherence to the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and executive leadership to support loan origination and portfolio management.
- Assess credit risk across various industries and lending structures, providing guidance on complex credit decisions.
- Enhance and implement underwriting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and risk management.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on credit quality and portfolio performance.
