The Lending Attorney will be responsible for providing legal guidance on complex commercial lending transactions. In this role, you'll also draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements as well as manage thrid party contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. degree and active Bar membership.
- 3 years of experience in commercial banking law, focusing on commercial mortgages & lines of credit in a Bank.
- Experience with SBA loans, fintech, DACA, or workout environments is helpful.
