General Summary :
Position is responsible for department operations, managing / training of analysis staff, and adherence to underwriting policy and procedures. Assists officers with commercial loan function by leading team responsible for review of commercial borrowers. Accompanies officers when calling on customers if requested. Manages team responsible for analyzing financial and credit information pertaining to diversified types of commercial loans. Manages function that maintains control over credit requirements of asset-based lending loans. Provides assistance to loan officers related to the credit analysis and ABL function as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Primary :
- Manager of Credit Analysis Department
Oversee all operations and manage department staff, including but not limited to review of all credit package submissions for relevant data needed for an analysis.
a. Reviews all pertinent credit and financial information, including business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
b. Determines the need for more thorough investigation or additional information, and contacts appropriate sources for such information.
c. Prepares all spreadsheet and related cash flow schedules.
d. Analyzes financial statements and related material.
e. Prepares written report detailing facts relating to credit worthiness of borrower to loan officers and committees.
3. Manager of Asset Based Lending Department
a. Oversees the accounting of the Asset Based Lending program for JD Bank’s clients.
b. Monitors draw and payments performed by analysts for JD Bank’s clients
c. Review audit write-ups by analysts for accuracy and impact in relation to bank policy.
d. Assist with credit analysis function as time allows.

Work schedule will vary depending upon demand, but will consist of an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7 : 30 a.m. – 6 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. Regular attendance is required.
