Graphic Designer

Jeda Media is currently looking for a creative individual to join our expanding in-house graphic design and marketing team on location in Lewiston, ID. Must provide a link to portfolio to be considered. This position is on-location, not remote or freelance.

General Job Description:

Working as a member of the creative team, you will be responsible for creating designs for a variety of projects, including digital and print advertising, websites and website banners, presentation decks, digital signage, packaging, logos, vehicle wraps, trade show booths and other projects as clients specify to meet their branding criteria. You will need to be comfortable with the latest version of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Microsoft Office, along with an understanding of WordPress and creation of email newsletters.

Responsibilities

Work with the media/marketing team and clients to create ads to media specifications, sometimes under tight deadlines. Do research, help facilitate use of stock imagery and marketing campaign components. Develop and maintain visual marketing content that supports client and company needs. Commercial graphic art design experience required.

Requirements

Must provide a link to portfolio to be considered.

2-5 years professional experience in commercial graphic design for web and print. Expertise in latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and InDesign.

Demonstrated ability to work within and design for WordPress and other CMS. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Passion for design, color, and other forms of visual communication.

A keen eye for and love of typography and typesetting.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable, honest, and with a positive outlook.

Ability to work under time constraints and juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in an environment in which priorities and deadlines change frequently.

Portfolio that shows strong design and layout skills.

Experience with marketing/sales campaigns.

Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with the creative team.

Ability to think independently, take direction, follow instructions, and accept critique.

Grammar and spelling expertise required.
