The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall success of the department, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the dealership's website with up-to-date vehicle specifications and
- Availability
- Negotiating and closing car deals
- Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
- Meet sales and customer goals and objectives as defined by the General Manager
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of
- vehicles
- Disclose terms of sales with consumers and review sales with dealership management
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival, ensure that
- the customer understands their vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to update the website and create Internet
- promotions and advertisements
- Lead and motivate the Sales team
