What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Jefferson County Schools?
This position is responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and disinfecting all areas of school district facilities. This assignment will be at the Jefferson K12 School, in Monticello Florida. Duties include performing basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance of a assigned buildings and associated grounds including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, etc.; ensuring a secure facility at all times to provide a safe school site and working environment; and providing high level customer service for school events and community activities including set-up/clean-up.
