This is a full-time on-site role for a Director at Jefferson Park Preschool in Elizabeth, NJ. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, managing staff, developing and implementing educational programs, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Experience in early childhood education, program development, and staff management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- First Aid and CPR certification
