JOB SUMMARY
A Cell Phone Repairing Tech is responsible for restoring damaged or broken mobile devices to their original working condition. The Cell Phone Repairing Technician works with a variety of different devices and brands and must have a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail identifying cell phone problems, fixing issues, running tests, assessing functionality, replacing parts, and maintaining repair records maintaining the restoration team coordinated and oriented to results.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various mobile devices
- Repairing or replacing damaged components such as screens, batteries, and cameras
- Testing and verifying that all repairs have been successfully completed.
- Updating software and firmware on devices Keeping accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Communicating with other areas of the company regarding the status of their repairs and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Control and coordinate record repairs, manage intern company relationships, track inventory, and submit warranty reports via computer.
- Monitoring the inventory of the distribution center and parts available on-site.
- Runs tests in order to determine the source of the issue and communicate to the team and recommend any parts that are needed.
- Install complete heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
- Configure IPs allocate to individual servers and private switches and bind to OS.
- Direct oversight of wing compliance to OSHA standards, construction projects and overall risk management processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Cell Phone Refurbish 3 Years Required.
- Strong understanding of electronic repair and troubleshooting, as well as experience with various mobile devices and operating systems.
- Skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires excellent computer skills including internet navigation skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel).
- Solid knowledge about the most popular phones and restoration technology.
- Requires strong attention to detail and ability to accurately produce repetitive work.
- Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement.
- Organizational, Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to promote and maintain a team environment.
- Must be self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have excellent follow-through skills.
- Must have excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work and a self-starter.

- This position works in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels. Temperature of work area is affected by outside temperature.
- Individuals stand and walk continually throughout the shift, often while operating a keypad or scanner and pushing a cart.
- Position also involves walking/bending/stooping/reaching/grasping continually, primarily on a level surface throughout the day. May require climbing ladder to reach item.
- Physical strength to handle lifting up to 50 pounds objects frequently, and push cart on level surface.
- Requires normal eyesight; normal dexterity of hands and fingers with average repetition.
